These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReputationPro, a service operated by Oraya Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and any audits, quotes, or services we provide. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
ReputationPro helps local businesses identify Google reviews that may violate Google's content policies and prepares and submits removal requests on your behalf. We do not control Google, and Google makes the final decision on every review. We do not guarantee that any specific review will be removed or that any particular rating or result will be achieved.
Eligibility & authority
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By requesting an audit or quote, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you submit and that the information you provide is accurate.
Free audit & quotes
Our review audit and quotes are provided for your consideration at no cost and do not create an obligation on either party. Any paid services, along with their fees and scope, are described in a separate quote or agreement that you approve before work begins.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information.
- Only request action for businesses you own or are authorized to represent.
- Use the Services lawfully and not to submit false or misleading claims.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that reviews will be removed, that ratings will improve, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Audit figures are estimates based on public data and are not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oraya Group and ReputationPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oraya Group and ReputationPro from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.
Trademarks
ReputationPro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
